Our hog roast is always served with home made sage & onion stuffing, crackling and a home made apple sauce. It is served by us onto fresh baker`s rolls.
When booking our silver menu a selection of salads are served to compliment the hog roast.

Through the summer months we get booked up very quickly so as soon as you know your date our advice secure the date with us by means of a small deposit
No, we can cater for 1 person to over 7000. Obviously the price will work out what seems expensive for just 1 guest as we are mainly pricing per event. We regularly provide catering for between 10 and 30 guests.
Yes. We have catered for many occasions where some or all of the guests have not eaten pork, although we are famous for our outstanding hog roasts it is not all that we do. We offer a selection of other tasty meats, which like our hog roasts are prepared and cooked to perfection. Choose from Lamb, Aberdeen Angus Beef, Kelly Bronze Turkey right through to Barbecue menus. We also cater for vegetarians/vegans
Yes, every event includes a chef to cook, carve and serve. On events where table service is required we will have table staff on site.
